Key Responsibilities

•Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
•Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists and maintain documentation.
•Report to regional stakeholders and proactively manage customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timing.
•Maintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure technical recommendations resolve issues.
•Collaborate with Honeywell developers and participate in follow-the-sun support to assist customers.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in electronics, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
•6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture (LCN, ELCN, UCN, EUCN, HG, EHG, EPLCG, AM, EAM, APP/EAPP, ESVT, PM/APM/HPM/EHPM/EHPMx/C300PM, NIM/ENIM/ENB, EHB, UEA, HM, ELCN HM, TCMI).
•6+years’ experience with Honeywell process control systems and troubleshooting in listed products.
