Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality banking experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
