Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on a coating line and operate assigned stations, including face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, and Quality lab.
  • •Lead machine setups and changeovers, solve problems, coordinate preventative maintenance (PMs), and make machine adjustment decisions.
  • •Load raw materials, unload finished product, and determine and control machine cycles by varying/modifying as necessary.
  • •Perform routine tests and checks on products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and follow judgments against standards.
  • •Meet production schedules and program production sequences; maintain production records and logs while following health, safety, and housekeeping procedures and supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • •Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
