Job Summary

Lead Motive’s technical revenue processes and controls as a strategic leader over ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP revenue recognition. Manage a 6+ person team, drive the revenue close, partner with Sales/Deal Desk/Legal/Product, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance across ARR and the QtC lifecycle in a fast-growing, enterprise software environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6+ FTEs (including managers) to support Motive’s growth.
•Oversee design and operation of key metrics such as ARR and drive systems improvements for a faster close.
•Lead technical revenue accounting for contracts and the company under ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP, updating revenue policies as needed.
•Collaborate with Deal Desk and cross-functional partners (Sales, Order Management, Legal, Product) to provide revenue guidance on contracts and new business models.
•Review and ensure compliance with SEC reporting (10-Q/8-K) and coordinate with FP&A for revenue forecasting and analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 183,000 - 252,000 annually
