Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and optimize contamination control processes and technologies to enhance detection capability and reduce cost.
  • •Drive defense strategies for AMC, metals, and particles by introducing new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
  • •Lead FOUP classification and cross-contamination prevention programs, including Sorter/N2LP/Washer equipment management.
  • •Evaluate and introduce new equipment and functionalities through demo, head-to-head (H2H), and TOR processes.
  • •Continuously improve detection systems and methods (e.g., QT/AMC control strategy), collaborate with HVM/TD/suppliers on roadmaps, and resolve technical gaps to execute projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD’s degree in Chemistry and Chemistry Engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong background in contamination control, AMC, FOUP management, and material defense strategies.
  • •Ability to solve complex problems across departments and effectively utilize resources to drive actions.
  • •Strong English communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate global teams across cultures and time zones.
  • •Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with peers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Process Integration, Quality Systems, Production Operations, Procurement).
