Job Summary

Manage the procurement and FF&E-related project management for multiple simultaneous hotel and resort projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Oversee the FF&E process end-to-end, including sourcing strategy, milestone scheduling, warehousing and installation, and coordination with field teams and purchasing partners. Prepare and execute RFPs/RFIs, review designer specifications, manage long-lead items, and administer procurement and installation contracts through closeout while supporting Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the FF&E process to achieve value and efficiency, maintaining budget and schedule and coordinating field teams for installation.
•Collaborate with Universal Creative teams and coordinate with the purchasing agent to optimize strategic sourcing, monitor pricing, and manage added costs.
•Develop and maintain milestone schedules for procurement, warehousing, and installation, including identifying critical long-lead items.
•Execute procurement, freight, warehousing, and installation contracts, administering contracts and completing work through closeout.
•Review designer specifications for accuracy and alignment with project budgets and industry standards; prepare and execute RFPs/RFIs with internal business partners.

Key Requirements

•Ability to prepare and negotiate proposals related to Lump Sum and Fixed Fee.
•Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for FF&E and technical knowledge of fabrication, procurement, and installation of FF&E goods is required.
•Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
