Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure key data delivery targets (productivity, efficiency, quality, latency) are met for Recommendation & Trending projects.
  • •Implement and clarify policy/guideline and SOPs to improve moderation understanding and performance.
  • •Provide feedback with cross-functional stakeholders on data quality, SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
  • •Support training and go-live for the moderation team, including follow-up explanation sessions, correcting test results, and handling Q&A.
  • •Generate performance reports by analyzing and assembling project metrics/data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Business-level English proficiency for domestic and global content coverage.
  • •Strong text editing ability, including editing 5,000–8,000 words daily while maintaining quality standards.
  • •In-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with local users’ internet usage habits.
  • •Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
