Job Summary

Drive growth and manage client relationships for the Warehouse Lending business by developing new opportunities for warehouse facilities, MSR term loans, and deposits. Prepare term sheets, present opportunities to clients, and oversee performance and utilization for an existing portfolio. Partner with the credit and operations teams to prepare credit actions and support onboarding and ongoing client training while meeting regional goals for loan and deposit balances.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new business opportunities for warehouse facilities, MSR term loans, and deposits.
•Prepare term sheets and present opportunities internally and to clients.
•Manage and monitor an existing client portfolio to ensure performance and utilization.
•Prepare and present credit actions to the loan committee with the Credit team.
•Oversee relationships in the Southeast region and collaborate with Operations on client training and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in the Warehouse Lending space.
•Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience).
•Strong knowledge of warehouse lending process and procedures.
•Formal credit training required.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
