Job Summary

Act as a trusted Workday expert for customers after go-live, delivering targeted micro-consulting engagements that help drive adoption and business value. Research customer questions, troubleshoot and guide Workday configuration, and provide demonstrations and webinars. Maintain deep product expertise through Workday Certification(s) and keep current with Workday roadmap, while communicating complex ideas clearly and working across multiple engagements. Travel up to 20%.

•Deliver Workday Success Plans consulting services to customers, including configuration guidance and demos.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues and meet customer business requirements.
•Communicate responses and value clearly to customers, including delivering customer presentations and webinars.
•Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption and review customer tenants for adoption opportunities.
•Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s), stay current with the Workday roadmap and industry practices.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: PLN 199,400 - 299,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•5+ years of IT implementation experience.
•2+ years of software consulting experience.
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in HCM.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
