  • •Deliver Workday Success Plans consulting services to customers, including configuration guidance and demos.
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues and meet customer business requirements.
  • •Communicate responses and value clearly to customers, including delivering customer presentations and webinars.
  • •Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption and review customer tenants for adoption opportunities.
  • •Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s), stay current with the Workday roadmap and industry practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • •5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • •2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • •Workday Certification, or ability to certify in HCM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
