Key Responsibilities

  • •Design evaluations that catch failure modes of enterprise agents (hallucinated tool calls, policy violations, context collapse, distribution shift) and implement robust evaluation strategies.
  • •Build the Agent Gym — including task definitions, graders, reward signals, and trajectory capture for multi-step agentic workflows.
  • •Run experimentation sweeps across prompts, models, and scaffolds to quantify trade-offs between accuracy, cost, and latency.
  • •Translate evaluation results into promotion gates and readiness reports for product teams to act on.
  • •Contribute to Responsible AI tooling, including grounding checks, policy enforcement, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
