Job Summary

Own cloud security posture and runtime detection for live cloud environments and containerized workloads. Primary owner of CrowdStrike Falcon, partnering with MDR providers to tune alert fidelity, routing, triage, and escalation. Monitor AWS posture drift, secure Kubernetes clusters, and develop cloud security policies and detection tooling. Lead implementation of a cloud SIEM, improve detection architecture, automate posture checks and workflows, and manage IaC security with Terraform/OpenTofu.

Key Responsibilities

•Own CrowdStrike Falcon configuration to ensure policies are scoped, tuned, and produce actionable alerts.
•Partner with MDR providers to define alert routing, triage thresholds, and escalation logic.
•Monitor AWS cloud environments for security posture drift, including IAM misconfigurations and overly permissive security groups.
•Secure Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads using Network Policies, RBAC, Admission Controllers, and runtime detection.
•Evaluate and implement additional detection tooling such as a cloud SIEM and design detection rules and alerting pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, or related infrastructure security.
•Hands-on experience with a cloud security posture management (CSPM) platform such as CrowdStrike, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, or equivalent.
•Deep familiarity with AWS security architecture, including IAM/SCP policy design, VPC networking, security groups, CloudTrail, and cloud-native security controls.
•Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation, including enforcing security standards in IaC workflows.
•Strong Python and shell scripting skills for security automation, detection rule development, and tooling integration.
