Job Summary

Lead and scale Cresta’s international GTM motion (EMEA and APAC) by standing up onboarding, enablement, and coaching programs. Partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Enablement to localize content for EMEA/APAC, improve ramp times and deal execution, and drive regional revenue growth through practical, field-driven enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead onboarding and ramp acceleration for regional AEs by expanding onboarding programs with regional-specific content for new EMEA and APAC AEs
•Adapt global onboarding programs to reflect regional nuances, market dynamics, and buyer personas
•Provide structured ramp support, including training, deal coaching, and pipeline development guidance
•Reinforce and standardize Cresta’s sales process and methodologies across international teams from discovery through close
•Deliver ongoing enablement through live training, workshops, role plays, and certifications; provide direct coaching to reps through 1:1 sessions and reviews

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated success in sales coaching and performance improvement
