Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical lead for the integrated charging product, owning system architecture and driving execution from concept through validation, NPI, and high-volume production.
  • •Manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers, setting priorities and providing mentorship, design guidance, feedback, and career development.
  • •Act as a hands-on technical leader across architecture, circuit design, prototype bring-up, characterization, debugging, and resolution of complex system-level issues.
  • •Define electrical product/system architecture with Systems, Mechanical, Firmware, and Product teams by translating requirements into interfaces and engineering priorities.
  • •Lead critical electrical design decisions across power, charging, protection, connectivity, sensing, component selection, PCB design, and system integration.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience with ownership of complex hardware systems from architecture through validation and production.
  • •Strong fundamentals in circuit design, power architecture/power management, mixed-signal electronics, digital communication interfaces, component selection, and debugging.
  • •Ability to define system architecture, translate ambiguous requirements into technical direction, and make cross-functional tradeoffs.
  • •Hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB design and layout review, prototype bring-up, characterization, and debugging using ECAD and lab test equipment.
