Lead Oracle Fusion finance technology transformation by owning the architecture and scaling of systems powering Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A. •Drive AI-first development by embedding AI-assisted tools to accelerate code generation and testing.
•Architect and maintain scalable financial solutions, including robust data models and solution architecture across Oracle modules.
•Build and support intelligent integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, and integration technologies.
•Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows and reduce manual overhead.

•Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and break down technical debt into streamlined automated processes.
•Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
