Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EHS activities at the site by establishing EHS objectives/targets and helping the site meet them.
  • •Assure accurate and complete EHS reporting of metrics and closure of MESH and regulatory agency findings on a timely basis.
  • •Develop and maintain risk assessments to identify critical EHS hazards and opportunities for safety improvements.
  • •Support EHS training by ensuring required training is defined, tracked to completion, and monitored across the plant.
  • •Lead at least one MESH element, engage employees through EHS teams/committees, and support zero-incident EHS culture and crisis actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a High School Diploma plus 5 years EHS experience
  • •Minimum 2 years experience in Environmental Health and Safety
  • •Experience in environmental compliance and environmental permitting/regulatory compliance
  • •Proven track record of safety metric performance and improvement
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
