Job Summary

Lead the technical strategy and delivery of complex applied AI solutions for enterprise customers. Serve as the primary technical point of contact from pre-sales through post-implementation, while guiding and mentoring teams of Applied AI Engineers. Hands-on with critical code and design/deployment of systems using fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications. Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to integrate customer feedback and drive AI innovation.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English and a PhD or Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
•7/8+ years of AI/ML experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Solutions Architect) for AI/enterprise solutions.
•Proven experience leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from prototyping to production in industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, or industrial automation.
•Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and deploying NLP applications at scale.
•Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools as a plus.
