Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES; turn client/partner needs into shipped features and measurable adoption.
  • •Grow client and partner base and optimize operations using self-service portals and process automation.
  • •Own fee schedules and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics and competitor moves with company strategy and revenue.
  • •Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments, quantifying revenue and AUM impact to guide prioritization.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (engineering, design, compliance, legal) to ship complex, multi-jurisdiction changes and communicate progress/trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES or related custody/collateral/tri-party/CCP solutions in traditional finance.
  • •Deep knowledge of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto counterparties connect across custody, execution, and settlement.
  • •Hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates).
  • •Proven ability to lead strategic business reviews, facilitate requirement discovery, and convert client feedback into prioritized product initiatives.
  • •Strong ability to align stakeholders across functions and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and roadmaps clearly; experience leveraging AI tools for research and product operations is a plus.
