Key Responsibilities

  • •Support buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, ESG/sustainability inputs, and expert/customer interviews.
  • •Build financial models and data-driven analyses to assess target growth potential, market position, and risk.
  • •Develop client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and data visualizations for deal teams and investment committees.
  • •Partner with technical subject-matter experts to apply a financial and commercial lens to technical due diligence and asset management projects.
  • •Lead engagements end-to-end, including scoping, staffing, workplan management, and overall quality/timeliness, while managing and developing junior staff.

Key Requirements
