Define and execute quality assurance testing for assigned mortgage loss mitigation products, processes, and services. Under direction, conduct quality control testing and risk monitoring to help determine the effectiveness of the control environment. Partner with business line management to share outcomes, document results in the system of record, and ensure understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements. Develop fundamental control assessment skills while improving testing quality and efficiency.
