Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape Joy’s evolving visual identity, including design systems, guidelines, and illustration/iconography style kits.
  • •Tell Joy’s story across Withjoy.com and other marketing surfaces, owning visual communications for digital and physical materials.
  • •Refine and evolve Joy’s UI design system and style guidelines with design and engineering as product complexity grows.
  • •Apply UI design system across platforms and mediums to ensure consistent, polished experiences.
  • •Build and expand themes/templates/stickers libraries and support 3rd-party designer contributions, reviews, and approvals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5 or more years working professionally as part of a design team.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of components and symbols in Sketch or Figma.
  • •A strong visual portfolio spanning print, digital, and branding.
  • •Detail-oriented design craft with a keen eye for iconography, typography, color, and space.
