Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global HR crisis management administration, including documentation, reporting, coordination, preparedness reviews, and corrective action tracking.
  • •Oversee the People Organization annual business continuity review process and consolidate global results for HR leadership reporting.
  • •Coordinate HR policy management activities including review cycles, approvals, version control, publication, inventory, and exception tracking.
  • •Assist with internal and external HR audits by collecting evidence, tracking issues, maintaining repositories, and ensuring timely remediation closure.
  • •Provide operational/project support across Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance, including governance initiatives, process improvements, meeting coordination, and tools administration.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in a related discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or Business Continuity.
  • •5-7 years of experience supporting HR compliance, employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, risk management, audit, governance, or related functions.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting global/multinational organizations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • •Experience coordinating enterprise-wide governance, compliance initiatives, standards/frameworks, and policies/controls.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
