Job Summary

Support federal investigations and operations policy by updating and maintaining the investigations and operations guide and advising on operational and administrative policies. Recommend substantive changes to DIOG and provide expert guidance within the IPO workflow across topics such as undercover operations, extraterritorial operations, online investigations, sensitive investigative techniques, and counterintelligence. Deliver analysis, recommendations, and guidance to FBI personnel at senior executive levels.

•Update and maintain the investigations and operations guide to align with operational standards and legal guidance.
•Advise and assist in developing and/or updating operational and administrative policies.
•Recommend substantive and administrative updates to the DIOG to ensure changes are accurate, actionable, and mission focused.
•Provide expert advice on proposed operational and administrative policies in the IPO workflow, including undercover operations, extraterritorial operations, online investigations, sensitive investigative techniques, and counterintelligence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 annually
