Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all facets of new accounts including opening, superseding, account maintenance, ordering checks, and notary services.
  • •Cross-sell Banc of California products and services by understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
  • •Prepare documentation for new accounts under CIP/BSA and other bank policies; maintain knowledge of legal documentation by entity type.
  • •Support daily/monthly audits and certifications; input new accounts on IBS and submit complete packages.
  • •Provide operational backup including teller support, branch operations assistance, end-of-day closing, and cash balancing (vault & ATM).

Key Requirements
