Multinational Service Consultant (Property)

Manage end-to-end service delivery for complex multinational accounts, serving as the point of contact for customer onboarding and service-plan development. Respond to customer service issues and coordinate with internal partners such as claims adjusters and underwriters to drive resolution. Create and monitor SLAs and service plans, support underwriting requests, and maintain contact to resolve complex problems. May also contribute to business development activities through materials, demos, and presentations.
