Job Summary

Lead enterprise-level engagements by guiding the integration, implementation, and adoption of Stripe solutions. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, manage complex programs end-to-end, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while maximizing value for enterprise users and partners. Operate in a fast-paced environment, coaching teams and stakeholders to align on roadmap and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own all facets of the relationship with the User, providing overall vision and direction throughout the program lifecycle for Stripe’s most complex engagements and serving as the single point of contact for internal and user stakeholders.
•Accelerate time to value by applying rigorous program/project management and quality assurance practices to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and faster business outcomes while coordinating the integration of Stripe products into the user’s architecture.
•Deliver program/project management expertise and drive innovation in deployment practices, product adoption insights, and continuous improvement of the Stripe Implementation Methodology and tools.
•Manage scope, time, cost and quality through governance and proactive planning to align with agreed objectives and business outcomes.
•Mitigate and manage risk with proactive assessments and mitigation plans, identifying and resolving issues with internal and user stakeholders to keep projects aligned with forward roadmap and capabilities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience working with enterprise level strategic users on complex technology or business transformation programmes with a track record of top performance or a related field
•Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
•Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest Users in a way which they will understand. Some may be deeply technical. Others may be more business focussed, so you’ll need to talk to Users in a language they can understand
•Proven program management skills and experience
•Superior verbal and written communication skills
