Define global standards for lean daily management, problem solving, flow, productivity, and operational performance management. Drive measurable year-over-year productivity and COGS improvements by scaling lean operating systems across regions, SBUs, and plants, while enabling automation and digital tools. Lead the Operational Excellence network, governance, and performance rhythms to improve cost, quality, delivery, and safety outcomes.
