Design Associate, Footwear

Assist senior designers in creating women’s footwear for casual and dress categories, aligned with the Coach aesthetic and seasonal brand direction. Drive concept development, trend research, and presentation through hand and digital sketches, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to refine designs from concept through manufacturing. Support timelines, prepare CAD final designs and specifications, and help troubleshoot prototypes with on-site and potential travel to leather fairs and sample reviews.
