Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute across full stack development by creating user experiences that turn data into actionable insights, partnering with product and design.
  • •Support mobile development by strengthening infrastructure behind the React Native app to build performant, maintainable products.
  • •For embedded-focused projects, build and maintain software running on Samsara hardware, including edge AI, multimedia frameworks, power management, and real-time data processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently in your penultimate year of study (or second-to-last year of an integrated Master’s / MEng) and on track to complete a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science, with expected graduation no earlier than Summer 2028.
  • •Ability to work full-time during the internship and not be enrolled in school or university full-time while working.
  • •Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the London office.
  • •Experience (or strong interest) in technologies similar to the team’s stack: Golang, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and React Native.
  • •Curiosity and self-driven ownership: research complex problems, find and deliver the simplest working solution end to end.
