Job Summary

Lead a team of engineers responsible for measuring, analyzing, and improving NIC, host, and DOCA networking stack performance across NVIDIA networking products. Own performance test plans and readiness reviews from pre-silicon modeling through post-silicon validation and GA readiness. Benchmark and profile workloads across RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand/Ethernet, MPI/NCCL, and storage/security stacks, and drive root-cause analysis and mitigation across hardware, firmware, software, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on NIC, host, DOCA networking stack, and system-level performance.
•Define performance test plans, methodologies, metrics, and success criteria for new NVIDIA networking technologies.
•Guide pre-silicon and post-silicon performance planning, analysis, reporting, and readiness reviews using benchmarking and profiling across key networking workloads.
•Identify performance bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis across NIC, DPU, CPU, memory, PCIe, firmware, drivers, Linux networking, DOCA, and full-system architecture.
•Coordinate mitigation plans and align hardware, firmware, software, architecture, validation, and product teams on performance goals.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
•Experience in performance analysis, systems engineering, networking, or HPC/AI infrastructure.
•Hands-on experience with system performance analysis, benchmarking, profiling, and root-cause analysis.
•Programming or scripting experience with Python and Bash; C/C++ experience is helpful.
