Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive legal administrative support to legal teams based in the United Kingdom.
  • •Manage extensive diary scheduling for legal teams, including meetings, calendars, and logistics.
  • •Support the UK-based executive assistant team by monitoring the Legal Administration mailbox and providing absence cover and ad hoc tasks.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expenses through HSBC systems.
  • •Process legal invoices, support procurement activities, and prepare legal documents and materials in accordance with HSBC house style.
