Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Project Manager with planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal staff.
  • •Develop project cost breakdown structures and baseline budgets; implement cost control procedures to track expenses and analyze variances.
  • •Measure project progress and use project performance data to assess cost performance; align cost and schedule management through integrated project controls methodologies.
  • •Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates to stakeholders; attend meetings to track and resolve cost and schedule issues.
  • •Manage change orders and support estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost trends; maintain client documents and monthly roll-up reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent; advanced degrees or professional certifications (PMI-SP, AACE CCP/CEP) are a plus.
  • •12 years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies, cost control techniques, and schedule management best practices.
  • •Develop dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • •Experience working with and/or administering PMIS tools such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, or Procore.
