Job Summary

Lead end-to-end service contract lifecycle execution across quoting, booking, invoicing, corrections, cancellations, removals, and ongoing support. •Own end-to-end service contract lifecycle execution, ensuring accurate entitlement and billing across quoting, booking, invoicing, and lifecycle support.
•Drive operational excellence through consistency, throughput, KPI management, quality measures, and productivity targets for predictable growth.
•Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives using Lean, process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and response times.
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Digital/Technology, and Commercial Ops to implement and optimize contract execution tools (Conga, PAC, POCO).
•Provide people leadership, workforce planning, coaching, and role specialization while ensuring compliance with policies, financial controls, audits, and scalable team structures.

Key Requirements

•7+ years managing managers and large operational teams, influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business/Operations/Supply Chain/Finance) and 10+ years in commercial/contract/service operations or customer support.
•Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management including quoting, booking, invoicing, and post-booking processes, with KPI and financial control ownership.
•Track record leading operational change, process improvement, and Lean-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills, plus advanced Microsoft Office and operational systems proficiency.
