Kitchen Manager

Lead and oversee a cluster of cloud kitchens, ensuring consistent, high-quality day-to-day operations across multiple sites. Own the cluster P&L by controlling costs (wastage, utilities, resource deployment) while driving revenue and utilization targets. Manage and develop frontline supervisors and dispatchers, track operational KPIs, and lead corrective actions. Serve as the primary contact for restaurant brand partners and enforce strict municipal health codes, food safety benchmarks, and HSE compliance.
