Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own the integrated planning process for 1P hardware systems, connecting system demand, deployment timing, site and configuration requirements, power availability, XPU needs, and supply commitments.
  • ā€¢Maintain a decision-ready supply plan showing plan changes, impacts across sites and configurations, power availability assumptions and timing, supplier/manufacturing commitments, forecast-versus-commit gaps, and recovery actions.
  • ā€¢Validate end-to-end plan executability across components, XPU availability, system integration, factory capacity, site readiness, and deployment dependencies.
  • ā€¢Lead weekly deployment and supply reviews and publish a weekly delta report explaining what changed, why, and downstream impacts to deployments, sites, configurations, power, and supply.
  • ā€¢Coordinate biweekly end-to-end supply picture updates for leadership, and track forecast-versus-commit gaps to drive recovery plans with named owners, dates, and escalation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢Significant experience in hardware systems planning, supply planning, program management, operations, or a related role supporting complex, high-volume technology products or infrastructure.
  • ā€¢Strong understanding of dependencies among hardware demand, component supply, manufacturing capacity, system configurations, site readiness, power availability, and deployment schedules.
  • ā€¢Experience building and managing integrated demand-and-supply plans at weekly granularity, including forecast changes, supply commits, gaps, scenarios, and recovery actions.
  • ā€¢Demonstrated ability to pressure-test whether a plan is executable rather than only consolidating inputs across teams.
  • ā€¢Strong program leadership skills, including establishing operating cadences, driving cross-functional accountability, and closing issues across organizations.
