Senior Thermal Design Engineer

Own end-to-end thermal and/or mechanical development for AMD Data Center GPU products within the Data Center Platform Engineering Group. Design and validate thermal-mechanical solutions from chip to system level, collaborate across silicon, board, power, validation, and manufacturing teams, and help drive product-cycle delivery from concept through mass production. Evaluate novel thermal technologies, lead improvements to accelerate time-to-market, and perform thermal validation across chip, card, and system hardware.
