Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Provide exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry through in-person, phone, and online ordering support. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, answer customer questions, and help identify sales opportunities. Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, assist with merchandising and inventory, and partner with branch leadership on new technologies and improved ways of working—while maintaining a safe work environment.
