Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption of the automation platform across functions including data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations.
  • •Run rollout, onboarding, and training programs that take teams from first demo to living in the tools.
  • •Work with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to identify where adoption sticks and build the fix (frontend surface, dashboard, or workflow UI).
  • •Measure adoption surface by surface and share what’s not being used with product teams as roadmap input.
  • •Own the enablement program across dozens of teams at once, from initial pilots to company-wide usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Have run adoption, rollout, or change programs where teams updated how they work and the new workflow stuck after you moved on.
  • •Build frontend surfaces directly (React, TypeScript, or similar) instead of only filing tickets and waiting on an engineering queue.
  • •Prototype daily with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP) and ship what works.
  • •Build credibility with both non-technical operators and platform engineers, translating each side’s needs into solutions the other side accepts.
  • •Sit with people doing the work, observe where they get stuck, and turn findings into fixes that ship the same week.
