Job Summary

Drive adoption of an automation platform across data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of the automation platform across functions including data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations.
•Run rollout, onboarding, and training programs that take teams from first demo to living in the tools.
•Work with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to identify where adoption sticks and build the fix (frontend surface, dashboard, or workflow UI).
•Measure adoption surface by surface and share what’s not being used with product teams as roadmap input.
•Own the enablement program across dozens of teams at once, from initial pilots to company-wide usage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have run adoption, rollout, or change programs where teams updated how they work and the new workflow stuck after you moved on.
•Build frontend surfaces directly (React, TypeScript, or similar) instead of only filing tickets and waiting on an engineering queue.
•Prototype daily with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP) and ship what works.
•Build credibility with both non-technical operators and platform engineers, translating each side’s needs into solutions the other side accepts.
•Sit with people doing the work, observe where they get stuck, and turn findings into fixes that ship the same week.
