Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to daily store operations and provide exceptional client experience aligned with Hermès sales and service guidelines.
  • •Practice Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals; establish and maintain client relationships.
  • •Handle complex client experience concerns including dissatisfied customers, exchanges, and returns, and deliver after-sales experience for repairs.
  • •Capture accurate information through POS and CRM systems and communicate feedback to store management.
  • •Maintain store environment and back-of-house standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock duties, and cycle counts/stock takes.

Key Requirements

  • •Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
  • •Strong background in customer service and/or sales; experience in a luxury environment is advantageous.
  • •Ability to embody Hermès values and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Display a high standard of presentation and grooming, with proactive and client-focused attitude.
  • •Ability to manage time, multi-task, and achieve personal sales targets in a fast-moving retail environment.
