Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight for deferred compensation strategy, operations, and compliance.
  • •Lead deferred compensation plan administration, including enrollment, contributions, distributions, and ongoing operations.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and taxation.
  • •Manage relationships with recordkeepers and external service providers, ensuring service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain plan documentation, governance controls, and operational processes to support compliant plan administration and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • •Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and Internal Revenue Code Section 409A administration.
  • •Experience administering deferred compensation programs through Fidelity NetBenefits or a similar deferred compensation recordkeeping platform.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including large-scale data analysis and executive-level reporting.
