Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner proactively with operation management to evaluate and drive revenue, margin, cost-saving initiatives, and fleet performance across rental, leasing, and subscription business.
  • •Coordinate quarterly forecasts and planning exercises, and manage entity cash flow preparation with Group Treasury.
  • •Prepare monthly reporting packs and support BRM/FRM presentation decks, including monthly financials packs for entities.
  • •Enhance and automate management reporting and trend analysis using BI tools/dashboards and process automation initiatives.
  • •Develop/customize SAP/BI reports and maintain internal process controls and audit recommendation implementation in collaboration with risk and operations functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP.
  • •Knowledge of and familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
  • •Experience in high-volume, transaction-intensive environments with large business scale and complexity.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and stress-test forecasts.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Financial Business Partner and/or FP&A role in large multinational, diversified corporations.
