Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of the Pre-Series A close, including data room management, investor outreach, due diligence coordination, and term sheet negotiation.
  • •Build and manage the institutional LP pipeline for all Interest.One fund vehicles.
  • •Develop and manage relationships with GCC institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWI allocators.
  • •Own ML token treasury strategy in coordination with the tokenomics team, including allocation timing and liquidity management.
  • •Build financial models and investor presentation materials and coordinate fund documentation with Legal; report updates to the CEO and board.

Key Requirements
