Own and execute the Pre-Series A capital raise, managing the data room, coordinating due diligence, running investor outreach, and negotiating terms. Build and manage the institutional LP pipeline across Interest.One fund vehicles, develop GCC investor relationships, and shape ML token treasury strategy with tokenomics. Create financial models and investor committee materials, coordinate fund documentation with Legal, and report fundraising milestones and treasury position to the CEO and board.
