Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Sales and Marketing to analyze and develop commercial positioning for OEM engine programs.
  • •Perform pricing analyses, commercial assessments, and benchmarking of contractual/legal clauses.
  • •Analyze sales trends and operational performance, and develop/maintain analytical tools for sales plan optimization.
  • •Support departmental and business objectives using advanced functional expertise.
  • •Develop and report executive-level KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong customer focus, including B2B experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience in the aerospace industry is considered an asset.
  • •Demonstrated experience improving processes and tools (CORE).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Excel macros, CRM systems, and SAP is an asset.
