Key Responsibilities

•Hit a quarterly pipeline target and own pipeline contribution from field and event marketing with defined targets, lead volume goals, and conversion tracking.
•Own the full trade show program including strategic selection, sponsorship negotiation, booth design/build, staffing, on-site execution, and post-show follow-up sequences.
•Build and run integrated event campaigns with pre-event outreach, on-site activation, and post-event sequences to keep leads warm and moving.
•Dream up and execute bold brand moments and own experiential marketing as a growth lever across venues, job sites, and industry events.
•Lead logistics end-to-end (vendor coordination, travel, merch, giveaways, staffing) and manage event budgets to deliver strong ROI.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or related field with a mix of field/event marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.

•Experience with diverse event formats (trade shows, conferences, roundtables, brand activations, co-branded events).
•Ability to travel 20-30% for event execution.
