Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global ESPP platform across multiple countries, managing governance, vendor relationships, participant communications, and complex technical issue resolution.
  • •Administer LTIP programs, including annual budgeting and cyclical or ad hoc grant and vesting events, plus employee and vendor communications.
  • •Run the annual senior-team compensation cycle (LTIP allocation, salary proposals, reconciliation reports) for executive and board reporting, including proxy circular inputs.
  • •Support M&A efforts through compensation-related analysis, integration strategies, and programs delivery.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the team reporting directly to this role.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 208,229

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, or a related discipline (Master’s considered an asset).
  • •12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards, including ESPP and LTIP management in a multi-jurisdictional organization.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy, program governance, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Strong analytical and business acumen with above-level rigor and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to build analytical frameworks and create PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
