  • •Complete client transactions timely and efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and by conducting complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring as appropriate.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; support new account openings and problem resolution.
