Own end-to-end allocation for the CS retail business by analyzing sales trends to plan initial buys and timely replenishment by store and size. Support KPI delivery (sales, margin) while coordinating inventory IN/OUT operations and store stock optimization. Collaborate across DM/Store, supply chain, eCommerce allocation, IT, and other teams to align delivery cadence, carton fill rate, and transport methods, and to propose opportunities that improve full-price sell-through.
