Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker I.

•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while providing guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes and following risk/ethics policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
