Key Responsibilities

•Supervise staff and volunteers, including monitoring daily activities, performance, and timekeeping within HRIS; provide training and reflective supervision.
•Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of MHPSS group interventions (First Aid Arts, Hope Groups, Amal for Children) and expand service line.
•Manage program logistics, calendar, and participant recruitment to ensure timely service delivery.
•Facilitate psychosocial groups; conduct intakes, assessments, and referrals to appropriate services.
•Build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations; track outcomes and prepare reports for funders and leadership while ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.3 - 33.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or Mental Health Counseling required.
