Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop demand forecasts and volume projections and translate them into material, labor, supplier, and manufacturing capacity requirements.
  • •Lead material readiness through the Programmatic stage-gate process and coordinate procurement strategies for golden unit, pilot, and production builds.
  • •Perform make-versus-buy evaluations for fabricated components, assemblies, and key commodities to support insourcing, outsourcing, and sourcing decisions.
  • •Serve as the supply chain lead for program launches and industrialization initiatives, coordinating supplier readiness and driving launch readiness reviews and issue resolution.
  • •Monitor supplier and material availability risk, develop mitigation strategies, and create Power BI/ERP dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, industrialization, or program management.
  • •Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
  • •Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
