Key Responsibilities

•Reimagine the vision, capabilities, and operational framework for the influencer practice, refining scalable processes for influencer identification, vetting, contracting, management and performance measurement in healthcare.
•Build on existing H&W influencer work to enhance the team, including hiring, onboarding and mentoring talent at all levels.
•Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that attracts and retains top talent and aligns with Burson and WPP leadership.
•Input into and work with Burson and WPP leadership to ensure cross-industry alignment on the company-wide influencer approach.
•Lead client engagements and new business development by translating client goals into integrated influencer strategies and measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
•Minimum of 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital communications, with a strong healthcare/pharmaceutical focus.
•Proven track record building and leading influencer teams or practices within an agency or in-house environment.
•Experience developing and managing large-scale influencer programs for healthcare clients, both branded and unbranded.
•Strong knowledge of FDA/FTC regulations governing influencer marketing and platform policies; proficiency with influencer platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Brandwatch).
